TradersEra is committed to the highest standards of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF). To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person opening an account
1.1 Appointment: By this agreement, the company appoints IB as a non-exclusive Introducing Broker to approach prospective customers about the company's goods and services on the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
1.2 Acceptance: IB accepts the appointment and agrees to act as an Introducing Broker for the Company.
2.1 Marketing and Promotion: IB will make every attempt to introduce prospective clients to the company's offerings. Regarding the company's goods or services, IB shall not provide any representations or warranties that conflict with the official communications or marketing materials of the business.
2.2 Client Referral: IB shall refer potential Clients to the Company and assist in the onboarding process according to the Company's procedures.
2.3 Compliance: IB shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in its marketing and promotional activities.
3.1 Commission: In consideration for the IB's services, the Company shall pay IB commissions based on the trading activity of referred Clients, as per the Commission Plan agreed upon by both parties.
3.2 Payment Terms: Commissions shall be calculated and paid according to the payment schedule specified in the Commission Plan.
4.1 Term:This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated as provided herein.
4.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon [number] days’ written notice to the other party. Termination shall not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party.
5.1 Confidential Information: Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential.
6.1 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with government laws.
6.2 Entire Agreement:This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Introducing Broker Agreement as of the Effective Date.
