Refund Policy

As TradersEra is committed to giving its customers total happiness, it is open and honest regarding the refund cancellation procedure. Money can be taken from a client's trading account at any moment. TradersEra promises to fulfil redemption requests from clients on time, usually within one or two business days. Customers are encouraged to ensure all information on the redemption form, including the invoice number, order number, and reason for the refund, is accurate and complete to speed up the process. Before transferring funds to a client's trading account, TradersEra must confirm that the sender is a registered client; if not, the company reserves the right to return the total amount received by the remitter using the same form of payment.

The only person to receive a refund from TradersEra is the one whose name is on the registered account. The client must receive consent from the TradersEra Compliance Department if the name mentioned differs. The original credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited with the refund if the payment was made with a credit card.

Errors that TradersEra committed when transferring the money will be compensated to the customer. This does not, however, apply if the customer gave TradersEra incorrect instructions or information; in that instance, the client might be responsible for the loss. Any fees imposed by other brokers or payment service providers are not the responsibility of TradersEra. Charge-backs

Clients are responsible for paying any reversed payments or the chargeback cost in the event of a chargeback request.

Refunds

TradersEra offers its clients complete collaboration while adhering to a flexible cancellation policy and taking into account legitimate cancellation requests. Customers can withdraw their application for an account at any moment. TradersEra has the right to ask for a legitimate explanation for the cancellation in order to enhance our services. .

If the customer has any open positions or an account balance, TradersEra may not be able to complete the cancellation request.

Before seeking the termination of an account, clients must redeem their cash and liquidate any open positions.
